Terms of Service
The ground rules for booking and receiving mobile interior detailing from Fresh Mobile Detailing. Written plainly, so there are no surprises in your driveway.
Effective date: August 2, 2026 · Last updated: August 2, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms apply when you use freshmobiledetail.com, request a quote, book an appointment, or receive service from Drive Fresh LLC, doing business as Fresh Mobile Detailing. Booking or accepting service means you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and authority to book
You must be at least 18 years old to book. By booking, you confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized by the owner to have it serviced, and that you are authorized to allow us access to the service location.
What we do
Fresh Mobile Detailing is an interior-first mobile detailing business. We travel to your home or office and perform interior detailing services, plus specific add-ons you select. The exact work included depends on the package and add-ons you book.
Photo quotes, estimates, and add-ons
Online package prices are starting prices. If you text photos of your interior, we can confirm an exact price before the appointment. A quote confirmed from accurate photos is locked: we will not raise the price in your driveway for conditions you already showed us.
A price may change only if you request additional work, or if the vehicle’s actual condition is materially different from what you described or showed. In that case we will tell you the revised price and options before continuing. You can decline the extra work.
Your responsibility to describe the vehicle accurately
Please tell us about pet hair, heavy staining, odors, mold, spills, smoke, or anything unusual when you book. Accurate information lets us allocate the right time and bring the right equipment, and it is what makes a locked quote possible.
Vehicle access, power, and a safe location
You agree to have the vehicle, the keys, and someone able to grant access available at the scheduled start time, along with a standard household power outlet we can reach. The service location must be safe, legal, and reasonably level, with enough space to work around the vehicle. We may decline or stop service at a location we reasonably consider unsafe or not permitted.
Removing valuables and personal property
Please remove cash, wallets, electronics, jewelry, documents, firearms, medication, and anything fragile or irreplaceable before we arrive. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to items left in the vehicle. Personal items we find are typically bagged and left in the vehicle.
Pre-existing damage and documenting condition
Vehicles come to us with existing wear: cracked trim, worn upholstery, sun damage, loose panels, aftermarket parts, prior stains, and prior repairs. We may photograph the interior before and after service to document condition. Tell us in advance about anything fragile, modified, or already damaged so we can work around it.
What detailing can and can't fix
Detailing is cleaning and restoration, not repair or replacement. Some conditions cannot be fully corrected, including permanent dye transfer, set stains, burns, tears, cracked or brittle materials, delaminating trim, mold damage, and odors absorbed into foam, headliners, or HVAC systems. We will tell you when we expect an improvement rather than a complete removal, and we may decline work involving biohazards, hazardous materials, or conditions that are unsafe to handle.
Scheduling, weather, delays, and rescheduling
Arrival windows are estimates. Traffic, weather, and earlier appointments can shift timing, and we will keep you posted. We may postpone an appointment when weather, site conditions, or equipment issues would make the service unsafe or impractical, and you will not be charged for a change we initiate.
A 15-minute grace period applies at the start of your appointment. If access problems delay us, we may need to reduce the scope of service or reschedule so later customers are not affected. Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and deposit rules are set out in full in our Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Payment, taxes, deposits, and fees
Booking and payment are handled through Square. Payment is due when the service is completed unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added where required.
Standard single-vehicle appointments generally do not require an upfront deposit, though a valid payment card may be required to hold the booking. We may require a 25% deposit for multi-vehicle, fleet, boat, extended-distance, custom, or higher-value appointments, and that deposit is applied to the final price. Late-cancellation and no-show fees are described in the Cancellation policy.
Fresh Club recurring service
Fresh Club is a recurring interior maintenance schedule, not a separate membership fee. Your first service is at full price; each following completed visit is charged at the applicable Fresh Club rate for your chosen frequency. You are charged per completed service visit.
Visits continue on your chosen schedule until you cancel. You can cancel by texting or calling (216) 359-1034, emailing info@freshmobiledetail.com, or using an online cancellation function if one is available. A cancellation received at least 24 hours before your next scheduled appointment cancels that appointment and all future visits at no charge. Requested with less than 24 hours’ notice, the normal late-cancellation policy may apply to that appointment. We normally send written confirmation within one business day. Members keep their rate only while the membership is active; if you rejoin later, the rates available at that time apply.
The Door-Open Guarantee
Our guarantee is exactly what the site says: open the door when we are finished, and if you are not wowed, you do not pay. Tell us before we leave, or as soon as reasonably possible after the appointment, and we will make it right or waive the charge. Nothing in these Terms is intended to narrow or contradict that guarantee.
Communications
By giving us your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you about your quote, appointment, access, schedule changes, receipts, and service follow-up. Any promotional messaging program we launch will be separately optional with a clear way to unsubscribe.
Your photos and marketing consent
Photos you send, and photos we take to document condition, are used for quoting and service records. We use them publicly only with your separate written consent, given by an optional unchecked box or a clear “YES” by text. Consent is not required to receive service and can be withdrawn for future use at any time.

The text, photos, logos, and design on freshmobiledetail.com belong to Drive Fresh LLC or its licensors. You may view and share the site, but you may not copy, republish, or reuse its content commercially without written permission.
Prohibited website use
- Interfering with, overloading, or attempting to breach the site

Third-party services and links
Booking, payments, maps, analytics, and messaging are provided by third parties such as Square and Google, under their own terms. We are not responsible for those services or for the content of any site we link to.
Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
We stand behind our work through the Door-Open Guarantee. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by Ohio law, services and the website are provided as-is, without other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that every stain, odor, or mark can be removed.
To the extent permitted by Ohio law, and except where liability cannot legally be limited, our total liability arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability for our own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything Ohio law does not allow us to limit.
Resolving disputes
Before filing a legal claim, you and Fresh Mobile Detailing agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly. Contact us by phone or email using the details below. If the dispute cannot be resolved, either party may pursue an eligible claim in small claims court or another court with jurisdiction.
There is no mandatory arbitration clause and no class-action waiver in these Terms.
Governing law and severability
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective and last-updated dates at the top show the current version. The Terms in effect when you book apply to that appointment.
